The history of Eaton Properties must begin with Don Eaton, however, it must be said from the beginning that Eaton Properties is built around a TEAM concept.

Don Eaton was an educator in the Hazelwood School District for 29 years, supplementing a teachers salary by selling Real Estate in his spare time. He became one of the top buyers agents in the Saint Charles area and decided to retire from his first love of teaching and to start his own Real Estate Company along with his wife, Cindy, who had retired as the Regional Director of The Diabetes Association.

Like many others who have thought about investing, the Eaton’s were fearful of the risk and responsibilities of owning properties and land lording. Don knew others that had the same fears and decided to approach them to unite thereby reducing risk. That is exactly what happened and within a very short period of time the new venture was producing huge profits.

Out of necessity the company had do develop a Management System to handle their own properties. Staff was increased as the company continued to grow. Today Eaton is truly built on a TEAM concept and has a national reputation as a Real Estate Investment company.
