We offer every thing we do in the copper level and we will handle the sellers side of the transaction all the way to closing for 1% of the sale amount plus the $399 flat fee. That means, FOR EXAMPLE, if your house sells for $200,000 your cost to us would be a total of $2299.

If you find a buyer and need a Real Estate Professional to write a contract that the buyer and seller have already worked out the details of. –$350

Buyer and Seller need a Real Estate Professional to negotiate details in the contract.– $75 per hour

Buyer and Seller need a Real Estate Professional to coordinate the closing details including lining up the title companies, communicating with lenders, insurance agents, inspectors ect.– $75 per hour.

SILVER LEVEL: 5.5%
